My daughter went there recently with breathing problems and they told her there was nothing wrong even though they saw her oxygen level and heart rate was low. They didn't try to give her oxygen nor do a thorough exam. This hospital is terrible. I wouldn't take a dog there for treatment. My granddaughter was taken there before but as usual they didn't see anything wrong. My daughter stated that they told her that basically they were trwatinf Covid-19 patients. Do not go to CRMC if you think you have Covid.... they treated my brother like a dog... long story... but I will never recommend this ER to anyone!

You abandoned my 23 yr old daughter who was severely dehydrated, having chills & vomiting in a triage room for 1 hr & 15 minutes without even a blanket, IV or vomit bag. Just a quick glance at her from a PA when she arrived. This was her 2nd visit today since you didn't care for her properly earlier. I picked her up and walked out.. took her to the new Baptist ER. Very disappointed after giving you so much money over 30 years.

Its alot better hospital than Clinton Hospital

My husband came in with flu symptoms at 11 am. Still sitting in a room 7 HOURS LATER and have yet to speak with anyone or find out anything. This place obviously doesn't care about people, just profit. Never come here. Worst hospital ever.

Worse place to go went in for pain in my side gave all my medical history.. Dr says oh you have a strain in your lower back give you something for the pain.. again say renal failure is in my history also to mention kidney stones I have had before oh no its a strain no test no nothing... never again

My mom just had open heart surgery. I didn't even know this hospital did them considering it is a relatively smaller community than the near by Little Rock hospital choices. Being a nurse but out of state, I had to make an emergency trip home just to check things out. I must say the hospital and care exceeded my expectations! The surgery team updated my family every hour while waiting during her surgery. CVICU also has exceptional nurses. Having been an employee at Conway Regional for over 38 years, this is only the second time I have been a patient at CRMC. Both times Dr. Don Steely has been my primary Cardiologist of whom I have been very thankful, and this time he included Dr. Dennis Woodhall, Cardiovascular Surgeon, who along with the Surgery Staff provided 4 new vessels for my heart to become new again. I am a medical professional and this is the worst - literally the worst - hospital I have ever been to. I wouldn't let them treat my worst enemy. They have made so many mistakes I can't even begin to recount them. Proceed with caution; or better yet, drive to a reputable healthcare facility.
